Students entering 7th Grade for the 2015-2016 school year are required by the State of Maryland to have a meningitis vaccine and a Tdap vaccine by the first day of school, August 24, 2015.

Please contact your child’s health care provider to obtain documentation of these vaccines (if they have previously been administered) or to schedule an appointment to receive the required vaccinations.  Failure to provide proof of updated immunizations by the first day of school next year could result in your child being excluded from school.  Please turn in the necessary documentation to the Health Room as soon as possible.  Physician’s offices may fax immunization documentation directly to the Health Room at 410-442-8050.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Health Room at 410-313-5550.
