The State of Maryland requires all students entering 7th grade to have the MCV4 and Tdap vaccines before the first day of 7th grade. Failure to provide proof of these two vaccines may result in your child being excluded on the first day of school. Many students have already received these immunizations, but the Health Room may not have the updated immunization record. The Health Room will contact you if your student does not have an updated immunization record on file at school. Tuesday, August 20th, from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. Each medication needs a doctor-completed medication order form dated after July 1st, 2024, and must be signed by the doctor and parent. Medication order forms can be found in the link below. Prescription medications must match the doctor's order and pharmacy label. Over-the-counter medications must be new & sealed and labeled with your student's name. Please contact the Health Room directly at 410-313-5550 starting August 20th with any further questions.
