Maryland Partnership for Prevention and the Howard County Health Department will have a Flu Shot Clinic for students at Mount View Middle School on Wednesday, October 16th.  Flu Shot consent forms may be completed online at www.vaccineconsent.com or you may complete and return to the health room a hard copy of the consent that will be sent home with your student soon.
