Dear 6th Grade Parent/Guardian,

The State of Maryland will require all 7th - 12th-grade students to have one Tdap & one MCV4 (Meningitis) vaccine prior to the first day of school, next school year, 2019-2020.  Your 6th-grade student will have a letter attached to their 3rd Quarter report card if the health room does not currently have documentation of these 2 vaccines.  Please refer to the letter for further information.  Proof of these vaccines will be required in order for your student to start 7th grade next school year. 

If your child does not have a letter attached to their report card, the health room already has documentation of the Tdap & MCV4 vaccines on file and no further action is required.  Please contact the health room directly at 410-313-5550 if you have any further questions.  Thank you!
