FluMist consent forms were sent home with students on Tuesday, October 20th. Completed FluMist consetn forms MUST be received in the Health Room no later than Friday, October 30th.
We recently learned that manufacturing problems will cause a nationwide delay in the production of FluMist, the intranasal flu vaccine. Because FluMist is used for our school clinic, our flu clinic originally scheduled for November 20th must be rescheduled. Depending on when the vaccine is ready, it is possible that our clinic may still be held in November or as lats as January. If you would like your child to receive the FluMist vaccine at school, please read all attached forms carefully and complete the FluMist consent form.
If your child receives any vaccination, including FluMist, after you have turned in a completed consent form, please inform the Health Room by calling 410-313-5550.
