Students will all be taking the MCAP for math and ELA during the next two weeks. The schedule is below. Students will need to bring their charged Chromebook (must be the HCPSS issued Chromebook), charger, and wired headphones (ELA only). Bluetooth headphones will not work for ELA. Please make sure students arrive at school on time during testing days.
ELA MCAP Grades 6, 7, 8: May 11 and May 16
Math MCAP Grades 6, 7, 8: May 17 and May 18
We have a lot of WATER BOTTLES, LUNCH BOXES, and CLOTHING ITEMS in the lost and found bins. We also have WATCHES, GLASSES, and EARPHONES in the front office. Please have your Falcon look for and grab any items they are missing. We will use the stage in the cafeteria on Thursday, May 12 to display any missing items as a "last call" before we donate clothing items on Friday, May 13.
On behalf of our entire staff, THANK YOU for the lovely and thoughtful gestures this week in honor of Staff Appreciation Week. The Cinco De Mayo-inspired PTA lunch yesterday was delicious, and the SGA International Treats on Friday had us all talking! Thank you so much!
As part of our school improvement process, we are asking families to provide input about their equity priorities for our school. Please use the link below to complete the Indicators of Educational Equity Survey by Friday, May 13, 2022. We will use your input and other school data to refine our school improvement plan for the next school year.
