As part of our school improvement process, we are asking families to provide input about their equity priorities for our school. Please use the link below to complete the Indicators of Educational Equity Survey by Friday, May 6. We will use your input, along with other school data, to refine our school improvement plan for the next school year. The survey is anonymous and available in multiple languages. If you have children at more than one school, please complete one survey per school.

Save Money AND Save Monarchs!
Sun Nurseries is partnering with Mount View to provide milkweed plants at a discounted price of $6! Monarch Butterflies migrate from Central Mexico to as far north as Canada, stopping in Maryland during one of their migratory routes. While monarchs can nectar (feed) on any flowering plant, they can ONLY lay their eggs on milkweed. The popular butterfly bush sold in many stories IS NOT butterfly weed. The butterfly bush is a great plant for butterflies to nectar on, but it does not help them lay their eggs! We need gardeners to plant butterfly weeds and bring back the Monarch butterfly’s breeding grounds. We hope that you can join our effort! Orders are due May 1st. Plants will be delivered to the school in mid-May. Please return order forms with checks to the front office.
Checks should be made payable to Sun Nurseries.
