Update Your Family File!

A total of 30% of our families have updated their Family File! If you need to update yours, please read more here.

Bus Transportation

Though families are used to receiving their bus schedules two weeks prior to the start of the school year, HCPSS asks for your patience and understanding as we work through challenges with developing bus routes for this school year. The bus locator will be available on the HCPSS website by Tuesday, August 24.

Immunization Information

This is a reminder that all students entering 7th grade are required by the State of Maryland to have the MCV4 and Tdap vaccines prior to the first day of 7th grade, August 30th, 2021.  Failure to provide proof of these vaccinations may result in your child being excluded from school on the first day.  Many students may have already received these immunizations, but the Health Room may not have the updated immunization record.  Please contact your child’s doctor to check if these vaccines are still needed and email an updated copy of your child’s immunizations to the email provided below.  You may also contact the school nurse directly for any additional questions at Leslie_Williams@hcpss.org

Please see fliers for upcoming FREE Back to School Immunization Clinics being offered in the county in August.  Covid-19 vaccines will be available for children 12 years and older as well.
