Mount View Middle School will be using the Synergy Conference Management System to schedule parent/teacher conferences. Parents will be able to go to HCPSS Connect to schedule their conferences. An email reminder with conferences scheduled will be sent to parents. To access this program, please go to HCPSS Connect . If you have students in different schools you will be able to schedule their conferences at the same time. This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning Wednesday, November 8th at 8:00AM. You will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel your appointments until Tuesday, November 14th at 2:30PM. After November 14th at 2:30 PM, if you need to cancel your appointments please call MVMS between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you encounter technical problems while scheduling your conferences, please call the MVMS main office, 410-313-5545.
Conferences are booked in 15-minute blocks with 10 minutes to conference and 5 minutes to travel between classes. To allow more conference slots to be available to more parents, we ask that you limit your requests for core class teacher conferences to THREE ( 3 from Math, English, Social Studies, Science). Core class conferences scheduled beyond the requested total of three per student may be deleted. Please watch for e-news updates about conferences. Please remember to bring a printed copy of your conference schedules; we will not have them available during conferences times. Due to the number of scheduled conferences, walk-in conferences will not be available.
* Parent/Teacher Conferences will OPEN for parents to schedule an appointment on Wednesday, November 8th at 8:00 AM. You will not be able to schedule a conference prior to that date.
** Parent/Teacher Conference scheduling will CLOSE on Tuesday, November 14th at 2:30 PM. You will not be able to make schedule a conference after that time.
***If you are unable to get a conference with a teacher, feel free to email that teacher with updates or concerns.
