Federal Impact Aid forms will be coming home with your students on Tuesday, November 1.

• The forms will be preprinted with your student's name.
• Because the forms will be scanned, they cannot be stapled, copied, or folded.
• Completed forms are due to your student's homeroom teacher by November 18
