Deadline for consent forms is November 7th.

The Howard County Health Department, in cooperation with HCPSS, will be offering influenza vaccinations to our students on Tuesday, November 18th.   

Flu Mist consents will be sent home with all students on Monday, October 27th.  If you would like your child to receive the Flu Mist, you must return your child's signed consent form to the school by Friday, November 7th.  Late forms will not be accepted and student walk-ins the day of the clinic will not be allowed.
