Federal Impact Aid forms will be coming home with your students on Tuesday, November 1. The forms will be preprinted with your student's name. Because the forms will be scanned, they cannot be stapled, copied, or folded. Completed forms are due to your student's homeroom teacher by November 18 Please complete them and return to your student’s homeroom teacher.
