a PTA Sponsored Activity

Thanks to the support of our school's administration, the Howard County Arts Council and the PTA on November 5th! Mount View will welcome mosaic artist. Carien Quiroga, for a two week residency.  The eighth grade will create a design and the entire school community will have an opportunity to work on the large mosaic mural that will grace Mount View's entry.  You can view Ms. Quiroga's work here: http://www.carienquiroga.com/#!public-art

Parent volunteers are encouraged to participate in the process.  Check with your child regarding days/time of their art class if you'd like to come in then.  Please email Mr. Mitchell  michael_mitchell@hcpss.org
