As of September 10th,  MVMS has 76% of Student Emergency Procedure Cards complete.  Please help us be 100% by providing this information for your student.  Thank you to the parents of 572 students who have completed!  

As a reminder -- this year, HCPSS has implemented a new process for parents/guardians to complete Emergency Procedure Card (ER Card) information.  Parents are reporting that it takes less than 5 minutes!  The form is "user-friendly" and you can copy the information you enter for one child into a form for all of your children (so you don't have to enter the same information multiple times). What a time saver!

Please go to https://epstudentinfo.hcpss.org to complete your card. When you're there, you'll notice that some of your information is already entered based on what you provided last year;  you simply have to add updates and changes. Detailed instructions on filling out the card can be found online (although I don't think you'll need these).  

It is important that families provide this critical information promptly to ensure readiness in a possible emergency.
