Maryland Partnership for Prevention and the Howard County Health Department will have a Flu Shot Clinic for students at Mount View Middle School on Thursday, October 11th.  Flu Shot consent forms may be completed online or you may complete and return to health room a hard copy of the consent that was sent home with your child this week.   Consents need to be completed no later than September 21st.  If you have any further questions, please contact the health room at 410-313-5550.  Thank you!
