The Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) is an organization that unites Howard County Middle and High School students.  We meet on the second Wednesday of every month where we:


Develope leadership skills
Netword with student leaders from across the county
Learn how to work with adult leaders
Find out about opportunities to serve on school system committees and county boards
Have a lot of fun!
