On Tuesday, March 14 and Wednesday March 15, all 8th grade students will be taking the Maryland Integrated Science Assessment - MISA.  Please help make sure that students have a good night's rest, a good breakfast and are at school on time.  There are 4 sections for this assessment, students will take 2 each day.  On Tuesday, the whole school will be on an adjusted schedule.  We run the following order of periods for all students: 1, 6, 7, 4, 5, 2, 3.  Students taking the MISA will be in testing sessions from period 6 to about period 4.  On Wednesday we will have a normal schedule and students taking the MISA will be in testing sessions from period 1 to about period 3.  For additional information about all testing please visit www.hcpss.org.  Under the academics tab you will see a link for testing that will take you to a page with more information.  If you have specific questions about the MISA at MVMS please call 410-313-5545 an ask for Mrs. K.
