All volunteers working with students in the school or on field trips must read an overview of MD State Law and HCPSS Policy 1030 regarding Child Abuse and Neglect. Please complete the course and return the certificate of completion to Jane Antico in the MVMS Front Office. Access the training course.

Students will work with high school students, teachers, and parent volunteers on high level math problems.Opportunities for county, chapter and state competition will occur in the late winter/early spring. Students will have a safe space to play a variety of games with and against their peers. Board games, strategy games, card games will be featured in this club. MVMS_Club_Permission_Games.pdf

Computer Coding, either “Scratch” or “Tynker”. If Tynker, there will be a $13 fee for the subscription. Will meet from 2:30-4:00 and we will meet for 7 classes. See Ms. Starr for details.
Students will develop leadership skills and receive mentoring from the Alpha Achievers of MRHS.
Students will explore new materials amnd processes in art and portfolio development
This program supports inclusion. It is a club that enables General Education and Special Education students to learn and have fun together.
