Thank you to those families who have completed their Family File student updates. MVMS is 68% complete. It is very important that parents provide this critical information promptly to help us ensure readiness in a possible emergency. Please take time this weekend to complete this process and help MVMS reach 100% complete by Tuesday, September 15th.
The following changes were made to address parent concerns about password reset procedures.
· Parent Password Reset: Parents with an existing account can reset their password by clicking the link “Forgot Password”.
· Parent Username Reset: Parent username is the primary email address previously provided at student registration. Parents who need assistance should call the school office.
· Parents New to HCPSS: You received an email with an authorization key. The email also contained a link to the signup screens for creating your parent account.
