Attendance During Online Learning

If your student is absent for any reason, a parent or guardian must provide written documentation of their absence.  Documentation should include student's full name, the date(s) of absence and time if applicable, and the reason for the absence.  A parent or guardian can submit documentation for absences by email to mvmsabsence@hcpss.org and we encourage you to include the teachers in these communications to keep them informed.
